General Terms and Conditions

The website www.horizonsboutique.ch (the “Website”) is published by horizons boutique sarl, a Limited Liability Company, with registered office in Basel, Switzerland, under the Commercial Register number CHE-466.720.989, and whose VAT number is CHE-466.720.989 VAT.
horizons boutique reserves the right to modify the General Terms and Conditions at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online.
2.2 By clicking on the order button, the customer transmits a firm order for the products listed on the order page.
2.3 The order will be confirmed by e-mail directly after its reception. The sales contract comes into force only if the seller confirms the dispatch of the goods by e-mail (order or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest by delivery of the goods.
2.4 In the event of early payment, the purchase contract comes into effect with confirmation of receipt of payment by the seller.
3.2 We draw your attention to the fact that the Products offered in the “Artisans Market” section may have very limited availability due to the inherent micro production. In some cases, it is possible to send a special order to the Craftsman. You can contact us to clarify this point.
3.3 The essential characteristics of the Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
4.1 Identification
To place an order, you can identify yourself with your e-mail address and password. For your very first order, you will have the possibility of creating an account.
You also have the option of ordering as a guest. In this case, please bear in mind that the prices indicated are only valid for Switzerland (because the applicable VAT in Switzerland is included by default).
You can access your information in the My Account section of the website. Please see our Privacy Policy pages for more information.
4.2 Registration and validation of the order
You can place your order in the online store. Once your shopping cart is validated, you will need to choose the address and delivery method, and validate your payment method, this last step formalizing the sales contract with horizons boutique.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the Products available for sale.
horizons boutique will acknowledge receipt of your order as soon as it is confirmed by sending you an e-mail in which you will find a link to these General Conditions.
In some cases, like for default of payment, incorrect address or any other problem related to your account, horizons boutique reserves the right to block your order until the problem is resolved.
If an ordered Product is unavailable, you will be informed by e-mail. The cancellation of the order of this Product and its possible reimbursement will then be made, the rest of the order remaining firm and definitive.

5.2 In addition to the prices indicated, shipping costs may be charged depending on the delivery address, quantity and type of goods. The exact amount of the shipping costs is indicated to the customer during the ordering process. No additional costs are charged for deliveries to Switzerland.
5.3 A price cannot be changed once your order has been confirmed.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified in the offer, the standard delivery time is 3 to 7 days.
6.3 The delivery of the goods, its return and the dispatch of the exchange goods are at your expense and risk.
6.4 If not all ordered products are available, horizons boutique may make a partial delivery. In the event of partial delivery, no additional costs will be charged to the customer.
6.5 If the shipment of the goods fails through the fault of the customer after three attempts, horizons boutique is entitled to withdraw from the contract. Any payments made are immediately refunded.
7.2 For the advance payment, the customer makes a bank transfer to our bank account: IBAN CH82 0840 1000 0636 8778 0, BIC (Swift) MIGRCHZZXXX, beneficiary horizons boutique sarl. Please indicate the order number in the communication to recipient field. The invoiced amount must be transferred to the seller’s account within 10 days.
7.3 For payments by credit card, Twint and PayPal, the customer’s account is debited upon validation of the order.
7.4 By choosing payment via PayPal, you will automatically be directed to your PayPal account. Once the PayPal payment has been validated, you can complete your order on the Website.
7.5 Offsetting against unrecognized or not legitimately recognized customer claims is excluded.
7.6 The customer can only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contract.
8.1. Your right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your entire order.
All products may be subject to withdrawal, except for example products which have undergone personalization on your request.
Returned products must be intact and complete and must not have been worn, used or damaged. We reserve the right to retain a partial amount or the entire purchase price in the event of soiling or damage to the returned goods.
8.2. Effects of withdrawal
When the conditions and deadlines for return are met, horizons boutique undertakes to reimburse you for all amounts paid upon receipt of the products in its warehouses. The original delivery charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned to us.
The reimbursement will be made via the payment method used for the order.
Please attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice to your shipment. If possible, a note about the reason for the return is expected.
Return costs are your responsibility. Free postage returns cannot be accepted.
8.3. Exchange
It is sometimes possible to request an exchange, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Do not hesitate to contact us on this subject at info@horizonsboutique.ch.
The return shipping costs are yours to bear.

9.2 If the repair fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to negligible defects. Any right of the customer to a reduction in the price is excluded.
10.2 Thus, horizons boutique commits to describe with the greatest accuracy the Products sold on the Website. On the other hand, the responsibility for horizons boutique cannot be engaged in the event that the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the unforeseeable and insurmountable non-performance of a third party or to a case of force majeure. Likewise, horizons boutique cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.
10.3 This website’s content includes no promises or warranties whatsoever. horizons boutique accepts no liability whatsoever, including negligence and third-party liability, for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the information and material published on this website or from access to other websites via the links provided on this website.
