The delivery of your package is made by the Swiss Post.
In principle, your order is processed the same day. Generally, the standard postal delivery time after dispatch is 3 – 7 working days.
Thanks to the tracking number that you received in the confirmation email from the post, you can follow the path of your package.

Our packaging
Preserving the environment is important to us all!
The filler material used for our shipments is 100% biodegradable wood wool – and suitable for composting. The paper used can be recycled together with the old paper.
Our packages are made from pure cardboard and can be recycled with the rest of the old cardboard.
