Refund policy
Your right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your entire order.
All products may be subject to withdrawal, except for example products which have undergone personalization on your request.
Returned products must be intact and complete and must not have been worn, used or damaged. We reserve the right to retain a partial amount or the entire purchase price in the event of soiling or damage to the returned goods.
Effects of withdrawal
When the conditions and deadlines for return are met, horizons boutique undertakes to reimburse you for all amounts paid upon receipt of the products in its warehouses. The original delivery charges will be refunded if the entire order is returned to us.
The reimbursement will be made via the payment method used for the order.
Please include with your shipment:
- a copy of the delivery slip or invoice
- a reason for return, which you can also indicate by email to info@horizonsboutique.ch
Return costs are your responsibility. Free postage returns cannot be accepted.

Exchange
It is sometimes possible to request an exchange, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Do not hesitate to contact us on this subject at info@horizonsboutique.ch.
The return shipping costs are yours to bear.
Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
